Based on my background works on estimating demand parameters within a framework of multi-stage budgeting and a SUR-based estimation of supply-side parameters, the paper makes projections. An important methodological contribution had been to move out of a single price and define three different trade regimes based on the relations between domestic price and import and export parity prices.
